I am a plus size girl.

Theirs just one thing I don’t understand when it comes to other girls who are also plus size.

I understand that it’s not always very comfortable to wear jeans but why do you girls wear black tights??

Theirs really good sturdy black tights that look like jeans out there where they used a thicker fabric that look much better but I see girls wearing these cheap black leggings that have thin fabric so it’s almost kind of see through and it just looks horrible and show all your lumps and bumps on your legs.

If you’re wearing a long top that covers your crotch then it doesn’t seem that bad but you can see the lining of your underwear as well.

I’m not trying to be mean but if we are trying to set a good example for plus sized girls out there then at least wear something flattering. If you have big boobs don’t wear a turtle neck or a dress that goes all the way up to the neck, your boobs push it out and it makes you look even worse.

Try doing some research on what shape you have (eg. hourglass, apple, pear) and look up some information on what looks best on your shape.

I know everyone has the right to wear whatever they want, it’s a free country but at least give it a shot you might actually start feeling a lot more confident with the right clothes for your body I know I do, even though I wish sometimes that I could purchase clothes from Japan that I could fit in to I have to do the best I can with the body I have so please just give it a try!

I know what you mean. .___. Theirs more plus sized people in the world then thin people so I think that all the “thin people stores” should turn into plus sized stores and all plus sized stores into skinny girl stores…would make more sense right? :/
I like the store City Chic thought it’s way better then most. All though I hate that I can never find anything I like in plus size stores. Like fatter people don’t have any taste or something..I don’t understand the horizontal lines in clothes for plus size, isn’t that a no no as it makes you look larger..Shopping at the mens department actually isn’t a bad idea for like oversized jerseys you can put over a skirt or something.
